MEET THE CHEF

 


Chef Hermann Muller

The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is proud to present Hermann Muller as award-winning Executive Chef.

A native of Austria, he received his formal training at the renowned Culinary Institute of Oberwollanig. Chef Muller's impressive culinary resume includes the Washington DC Hilton, the New Orleans Hilton and the Princess Hotel in the Bahamas.

During his 19-year tenure as a Chef in Washington DC, he coordinated numerous White House state dinners for both the Clinton and Bush administrations. He has also provided culinary support for the German, French and Australian embassies. He has earned numerous culinary awards and honors throughout his long and stellar career.

As Executive Chef at the AAA Five-Diamond rated Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, Muller is responsible for restaurant operations, banquets, staff training and menu development.
