HOME ON THE RANGE

The Executive Chef at The Lodge & Club is a talented and innovative culinarian, Ralph Cipollo. Chef Cipollo has honed his craft at some of the finest clubs and resorts in the United States and the Caribbean for nearly two decades.

His impressive resort resume includes senior positions with the Boca Raton Resort and Club, Longboat Key Club and the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas. He has also served as Executive Chef at the Idle Hour Country Club, Lexington Kentucky's most prestigious exclusive membership club. His vast knowledge and experience in kitchen operations is matched only by his creative genius and artistic flair in food design and presentation.

Chef Cipollo is an affiliate with both the American Culinary Federation and Les Toques Blanches, International.
